2. PURPOSES, LEGAL BASES AND DATA RETENTION PERIODS

1. Table reservations (Townely system)

  • Scope of data: first and last name, phone number, email address, reservation date and time.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (processing necessary for the performance of a service agreement).
  • Retention period: for the time necessary to complete the reservation and for the limitation period of potential claims.

2. Marketing and Newsletter

  • Purpose: informing customers about news and events at Dock19 restaurant.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (voluntary consent).
  • Retention period: until consent is withdrawn.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

  • Purpose: analysis of traffic on the website www.dock19.pl in order to optimize its performance.
  • Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest of the Controller).

3. SYSTEM COMMUNICATION (TOWNELY.PL)

When using the Townely online reservation system, users receive automatic notifications regarding the status of their reservation (confirmations, reminders) electronically via SMS and email. This is a necessary element of the reservation service.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Personal data may be shared with trusted technology partners, including:

  • Townely (townely.pl) – reservation system operator
  • Google Ireland Ltd. – operator of Google Analytics (data anonymized)
  • Entities providing IT and hosting services
