OUR PHILOSOPHY
We never take shortcuts, which is why we work with reliable suppliers and trusted taste specialists, and our cuisine is based on the best quality products. If something isn't on the menu, it means it hasn't passed our strict assessment.
We feed you all day long. Whether it's a laid-back French bohemian breakfast, a business class lunch, a family dinner where even the biggest eater will eat their fill, a romantic dinner or a drink with friends.
On Fridays and Saturdays after 10 pm we won't let you fall asleep. This is when we dim the lights and DOCK19 takes on a club character, accompanied by drinks and snacks.
